Manaslu Circuit Trek offers great views of some of the highest mountains in the world which is one of Nepal’s last Himalayan jewels. Nepal is a famous trekking destination now that allows tourists to enjoy the diverse terrain along with its variety of flora and fauna. This trek Nepal trail is follows an ancient salt-trading route of Tibet along the Budhi Gandaki River. While on the trip we get to marvel at the magnificent views of Mt Manaslu which is the eight tallest mountains in the world. The circuit is a stunning trek with the spectacular view of Mt Manaslu and the Ganesh Himal range among other. It offers a spectacular trekking experience in the remote Himalayan range of Nepal. The trek features all the great aspect of a classic trek in Nepal. The trek offers cultural heritages, a genuine outgoing in the outback, incomparable beauty and biological varieties that are amazing. During the time of trekking, we get chance to see the wonderful views of Mt Annapurna, Dhaulagiri, and many other Himalayans. It is one of the classics, most diverse and stunning teahouse trek in the Himalayan and one of the most spectacular trekking routes in the world. This trek is can easily be done with children as well.

Manaslu Circuit Trek is most popular after Upper Mustang Trek, which is a Restricted area of Himalaya kingdom of Nepal. The trekking in this Himalayan region is one of those delightful Trekking in Nepal. This circuit trekking region is a natural habitat for many elusive wild animals. The route is newly opened trekking route which is restricted and for trekking, on this route we need special trekking permit. The trek begins from Arughat and ends at Besishar. At the time of trekking, we will pass through the lush green valleys and fascinating villages that offer impressive snow-capped views of the white Himalayas. You will have noticed that the vegetation has thinned and the George narrowed to be only a few hundred meters wide. It is one of the most beautiful treks passing through the diverse ethnic group’s culture and verifies vegetation forest and wildlife. It has a unique environment which is exceptionally rich in biodiversity that has made this region one of the finest tourist destinations in Nepal for many years. The season between March to May and September to November is considered as the best season for trekking in this route.


Details Itinerary

Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu (1,400m)

Arrival in Kathmandu, The representatives by Everest Trekking Routes will welcome to you at TIA Upon your Arrival. We transfer to hotel overnight stay.

Day 02: Full day Sight Seeing Kathmandu Valley

After the breakfast, we spend the whole day sightseeing tour in Kathmandu Valley as major point. One of the biggest Stupa in the world, Bouddhanath stupa and Monastry, Old heritage Buddhist temple Soyembhunath and Monastry, Kathmandu Durbar Squer Kumari temple and Patan Durbar Squar krishna temple. The kathmandu sightseeing is real Nepalese traditional culture and heritage touring. After tour will back to hotel and preparation the Manaslu Circuit trip overnight stay hotel. 

Day 03: Drive from Kathmandu to Sotikhola [710m/2328 ft] 8 - 9 hours

After breakfast drive to sotikhola is long drive tuff road use to after Dhading. When we out of Kathmandu valley. Then can enjoy many type hilly region and biggest rice farm part of the Dhading district. During the drive period also many type of houses and pass the stream and rivers. Dhading to Arughat and drive to sotikhola is tuff driving stay overnight at lodge.

Day 04: Soti Khola - Machha Khola [900m/2952 ft]: 6 - 7 hours

After spending one night in sotikhola we will start our trek to Maccha khola which is at the elevation of 900m above from the sea level. It takes 6 to 7 hours to reach Maccha khola from Sotikhola and we will stay overnight at lodge.

Day 05:  Machha Khola -Jagat [1410m/ 4625 ft]: 6 - 7 hrs

After spending one night in Machha khola we will trek to jagat. The trek from Machha khola to jagat leads along Burigandaki River upriver reaching another small village at Khorla Beshi. Then we walk on the natural hot water call Tato pani. After havin breakfast in Yaruphant villages we will follow Budi Gandaki River and crossing the Jagat village and stay overnight at jagat.

Day 06: Jagat – Filim [1600m] 6 hours

After breakfast we are entering Manaslu Restricted area and Manaslu Conservation Area of Project. Jagat is also biggest Gururng trail of manaslu Region. Then trek to Philim which is north rural area second head quarter of Gorkha stay overnight at lodge.

Day 07:  Philim - Deng [1,804m/5917 ft]: 6 - 7 hrs

After spending one night in Jagat village we slowly start our trek to Deng passing lot of small villages to Sidibas bazaar. After crossing the small villages and the small rivers then up the rocky rooftree through bamboo forest and have to climb an hour then we will reach Deng and we will stay overnight at lodge.

Day 08: Deng - Namrung: [2630m/8626ft]: 6 - 7 hrs

After spending one night in Deng we slowly start our trek to Namrung passing through the many villages like Ghap and other and we will walk leading through Budi Gandaki and the lots of small villages with the cultivated field of millets, wheat’s or barely from then we will reach Namrung village. And we will stay one night at lodge.

Day 09:  Namrung – Samagaon [3530m/11,578 ft]: 6-7 hours

After spending one night in Namrung we slowly start our trek to Samagaon enjoying the beautiful views of surrounding landscape and mountain views. The path leads you to the Phungen Glacier for couple of hour and then we will reach Samagaon with interesting highland village. We will stay overnight at lodge.

Day 10: Rest Day Samagaun

Our team of proper Acclimatization day at Samagaun visit to lake and local village with beautiful 8th highest peak in the world. The samagaun is origin villages and local culture stay overnight at lodge.

Day 11:  Samagaon - Samdo [3860m/12,660 ft]: 4 - 5 hours

After having wonderful time and spending one night in Samagaon then our trekking begins to Samdo. In the way to Samdo we get an opportunity to see the awesome views of mountain and awesome scenery and across the Tibet trader and yak carrying Chinese and Tibetan goods walking continuation following the stream crossing to reach Samdo and we will stay one night in Samdo.

Day 12:  Samdo - Dharamsala/Larkya B. C. [4460m/14, 628 ft]: 4 - 5 hours

 After having wonderful time and spending a night in Samdo we will start our trekking Dharamsala/Larkya B. C. in morning time we walk follows glacier and then we cross the stream coming from Gya la from there we will reach  Larkya Bazaar and from this place few hour walking we will reach Dharamsala. We will stay overnight in Dharamsala.

Day 13:  Dharamsala - Larkya la [5160m] - Bimthang [3720m]: 8 - 9 hours

After spending one night and having wonderful time in Dharamsala we will start our trekking Larkya la. After reaching in Larkya la we will see the awesome views mountain and beautiful scenery and after seeing the awesome views we will again start our journey to Bimthang.  And we will stay one night in Bimthang.

Day 14: Bimthang - Tilije [2300m/7544ft]: 5 - 6 hours

After having wonderful time and spending one night in Bimthang we will again start our trekking to Tilije. On the way we get an opportunity to see awesome views of this region and you will agree that Nepal is god gifted in natural resources. After reaching Tilije we take rest and spend one night in this place.  

Day 15:  Tilije - Tal [1700m/5576 ft]: 5 - 6 hours (1700)

After having wonderful time and spending one night in Tilije we will slowly start our trekking to Tal. And after reaching in this place we will observe many things in this place and in this place we will take a rest and spend one night in this place.

Day 16:  Tal - Syange [1080m/3542 ft]: 6 - 7 hours

 After having wonderful time in this place we will start our trekking to Syange which is the ending place of this trekking. To reach this place we have to across the Hugh Bridge to the east side of the Marshyangdi River. After reaching in Syange, we will take a rest and stay overnight at lodge.

Day 17: Syange – Kathmandu Express bus or jeep: 8-9 hours

After complete the our happy journey Mt Manaslu Circuit and take breakfast and then continue drive to Kathmandu by Express bus or Jeep stay overnight at hotel.

Day 18: Final International Departure

We will drop you to the TIA for your final departure and happy journey your hometown, hope to see you again and good bye.
