Yala Peak Climbing is Short & Wonderful 

Yala Peak climbing is one of the beautiful adventure trips of langtang region of Nepal which is considered one of the easier Himalayan. Everest Trekking Routes offer beautiful and serene this is the heart of the Langtang region. This peak climbing has unparalleled natural beauty with combination of cultural riches which has over seventy glaciers of different sizes, the langtang and Ganesh Himal mountain ranges, and high altitude Lakes including Gosaikunda, Pravatikunda, Bhairavkunda,  and Dudhkunda. This peak climbing is suitable for the entire climber who has little bit of knowledge on trekking.  This peak climbing will be the best destination for all climbers who are seeking for this summit which doesn’t required any advance equipment and strong climbing background but climbers should be in good physical conditions. This peak climbing is famous trekking peak of langtang region. The Tibetan origin tamang community is the dormant class of the area and their culture goes back to hundreds of years. Common trekkers and travelers can make Langtang Ganja La pass trekking after summit this peak climbing.

Yala Peak climbing starts from Kathmandu after 7-8 hours bus/ Jeep journey to Syabrubensi where we  arrange the bus / Jeep journey from Kathmandu to Sybrubensi than walking through the dense forest and traditional ethnic group Tamang settlements until Kyanjin Gompa than continue trek. In this peak climbing you can see the awesome Himalayan scenery of Lantang Lirung (7246m), Langtang Himalaya range, Lenpo Gang (7083m), Dorje Lakpa (6988m),Naya Khanga (5846m) and mighty Shishapangma (8013m) in Tibetan side are stunning. This peak climbing is situated at kyangjin Gompa while its high camp situated at 4800m from where we make our summit bid. On the way of trail we will establish base camp in a meadow (4,800m) and next day we will ascend to this peak climbing. The best season for this peak climbing is spring and autumn.

Outline itinerary

Day 01: Arrivalin Kathmandu (1,350m/4,428ft)
Day 02: Kathmandu Sightseeing and trip preparation
Day 03: Drive from Kathmandu to Syabrubesi (1,550m/5,100ft): 7 hours
Day 04: Trek from Syabrubesi to Lama Hotel (2,380m/7,830ft): 6 hours
Day 05: Lama Hotel to Langtang village (3,430m/11,253ft): 6-7 hours
Day 06: Langtang Village to Kyanjin Gompa (3,870m/12,697ft): 3- 4 hours
Day 07: Acclimatization
Day 08: Kyanjin Gompa to Yala Base Camp (4600m) 5-6 hours
Day 09: Summit Yala Peak (5500m) and return to Yala Peak Base Camp: 8-9 hours
Day 10: Trek to Lama Hotel (2,380m/7,830ft): 5/6 hours
Day 11: Trek to Syabrubesi 5 hours
Day 12: Drive to Kathmandu 7hours
Day 13: Final International Departure

Details Itinerary

Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu (1,400m)

Arrival in Kathmandu, The representatives by Everest Trekking Routes will welcome to you at TIA Upon your Arrival. We transfer to hotel overnight stay.

Day 02: Full day Sight Seeing Kathmandu Valley

After the breakfast, we spend the whole day sightseeing tour in Kathmandu Valley as major point. One of the biggest Stupa in the world, Bouddhanath stupa and Monastry, Old heritage Buddhist temple Soyembhunath and Monastry, Kathmandu Durbar Squer Kumari temple and Patan Durbar Squar krishna temple. The kathmandu sightseeing is real Nepalese traditional culture and heritage touring, After tour will back to hotel and preparation the Lantang Valley trip overnight stay hotel. 

Day 03: Drive to Syabrubesi (1,550m/5,100ft): 145 km/ 7 hrs

After spending one night in Kathmandu we slowly drive to Syabrubasi which is 145 km from the Kathmandu valley. We will have lunch on the way and continue to drive  It takes 7 hours to reach Syabrubesi from Kathmandu valley and we will stay overnight at lodge.

Day 04: Trek to Lama Hotel (2,380m/7,830ft): 6 hrs

After Breakfast trek to lama hotel, It takes 6 hours to reach lama hotel from the Syabrubesi, we will continue to follow up langtang valley river and lot’s bamboo forest into trekking trail. because if weather is good then will see many type of wild animals as Red Panda, mountain longur, squer, wild board, dear and many type of birds. Stay overnight at lodge.

Day 05: Trek to Mundu (3543m/11,621ft) via Langtang village (3,430m/11,253ft): 6-7 hrs

After warm breakfast we trek to Mundu through langtang village which is totally disaster by earthquake 2015 slowly rebuilt some tea house Elevation of of 3543m mundu from the sea level. It takes more than 6 to7 hours to reach Mundu from Lama Hotel and we will stay overnight at lodge.

Day 06: Trek to Kyangjin Gompa (3,870m/12,697ft): 3 hrs

After warm breakfast we will slowly start our trek to Kyangjime Gompa , take delicious lunch and visit to Monastery Explore day at Kyangin gompa stay overnight at lodge.

Day 07: Explore Tserko Ri (5000m/16,404ft) 7-8 hrs   

 Early morning take breakfast and hike up Tserkuri peak which is 5100m above the sea level. it take 7/8 hours walks. We have to pack lunch on day hike up. When we rich on Tserkuri peak, if weather is clear we will incredible view from the peak. Langtang Lirung, Nayakang, Ganja la pass and Ganesh Himal. Then return to same lodge stay overnight at lodge.

Day 08: Kyanjin Gompa to Yala Base Camp (4600m) 5-6 hours

After breakfast trek to Yala Base Camp it takes 5-6 hours, Wonderful day to uphill rocky trails bottom of the lirung and langtang Himal stay overnight at campsite.

Day 09: Summit Yala Peak (5500m) and return to Yala Peak Base Camp: 8-9 hours

Wake up Early morning take breakfast and start at 2:00 AP continue summit. Top of the summit can see many Himalaya as Manaslu, Ganesh Himal, Langtag, Lirung, Dorje Lakpa, Sisapangma and Many other peak Expedition. After viewing return Base camp stay overnight at Campsite.

Day 10: Trek to Lama Hotel (2,380m/7,830ft): 5/6 hours

After warm breakfast we will continue to Lama Hotel which is passing before same trail. it take 5/6 hours and stay overnight at lodge.

Day 11: Trek to Syabrubesi 5 hours

After breakfast, same way return to syabru besi. End of the short langtang valley take and stay overnight at lodge.

Day 12: Drive to Kathmandu 7hours

After Breakfast Transfer to Kathmandu long drive and tuff road by Private jeep or Express bus. It takes 6/7 hours and stay overnight at Hotel.

Day 13: Final International Departure

We will drop you to the TIA for your final departure and happy journey your hometown, hope to see you again and good bye.
