This is a very scenic trek that leads you through Tamang Villages and dense forests with gorgeous Himalayan flora and fauna and the great Himalayan landscape. Ganesh Himal Trek, Gorkha is situated on a hill overlooking the snowy peaks of the Himalaya and is a beautiful old ancient place. Langtang is a narrow valley that is just south of the Tibetan border. On the first evening, our Guide gives a short lesson of trekking when they explain why you are trekking in this region and what you are going to explore and discover on this trek. They will also explain about altitude sickness and all the beautiful spots from where you can see excellent views of mountains.
Trekking here is possible at any time of the year depending on where you are going for the trek, the most popular seasons are spring (March-April – May) and autumn (September-October – November). During the monsoon season (June-July -August) you can trek in the rain-shadow areas north of the Himalayan like Upper Mustang, Upper Dolpo, and Tibet.
