Rara Lake Trek is one of the most beautiful trekking routes in all the Himalayan ranges. The trek takes you up into the high-altitude lake area of Rara. It combines the beauty of spruces and pine forests with spectacular views of the surrounding hills and mountains. You will not only be in the presence of snow-capped mountains, forests, and enchanting lakes. We will also get to witness the rustic life of the locals who call this remote land their home. It is one of the most rewarding and fascinating treks in the western part of the Himalayas of Nepal.

Rara Lake Trek is the most beautiful trekking in Nepal. This is Nepal’s largest lake which is also known as the house of otters and many fish species. It gives a unique opportunity to be among those who have traded on the remote trail of western Nepal. The trek is an ideal habitat for musk deer, Himalayan black bear, leopard, Himalayan Ghoral, and other exotic animals. You may meet followers of Hinduism as well as immigrant Tibetan families.

This pristine freshwater lake has been able to maintain its glory in between the park. You will be within the pristine and undisturbed environment away from the mainstream flow of trekkers in complete tranquility on daily walks. This trekking lies between the remote area of the Jumla and Mugu districts. Trekking to this lake is divine in nature with the small and high hills and mountains. The fertile land in the region makes the park a good land for growing medicinal plants. Everest Trekking Routes offers a professional mountain guide. The guide leads you to enter the Rara National Park which is one of the finest parks in the world.
