2015 Earthquake Avalanche in Langtang

In 2015, Nepal was callously hit by the 7.8 magnitude earthquake that took thousands of lives and properties. The Langtang region of Nepal was hit hard due to the earthquake. On 25^th April, 2015 the earthquake stroke the Langtang Lirung Avalanche that swept away an entire village of the Langtang. More than 243 people died in the village. It took more than two years for the locals to rebuild the village. The trekking route was built in the new route than the existing one.
