Season and climate

For doing trekking, the season between Mid-September to Mid-December and March to May is considered as the best season for doing trekking in this route. Flora and fauna

Everest Base Camp is known as the home of the Flora and Fauna where we get any chance to see varieties of the Flora and fauna. The forests provide habitat for at least 118 species of birds. At the time of trekking, we will enter the Sagarmatha national park which is the home of many rare animals, bird’s species including Himalayan monal, blood pheasant, musk deer, snow leopard, Himalayan black bear, and red panda. Their rich feature of diversity is comparable elsewhere in the world. Location

Everest Base Camp lies in the eastern part of Nepal where we can get an opportunity to know about the highest peak of the world. It is located in the border region of China and Nepal which means Nepal and China share this mountain. This region is situated at the edge of Tibetan plateau. In Nepal Mount Everest is also known as the Sagarmatha. Being a natural boundary line between China and Nepal where Mount Everest has the highest point of above 8848m from the sea level in China. It is a small piece of land in front of the north face of Mount Everest.
