What is The Cancellation Policy?

13/Feb/2026

We have flexible cancellation policy and it largely depends upon the timing of your cancellation. Our travel planners will explain you in an advance during the trip booking phase about the applicable fees and policy of cancellation. The company always aims to be fair and transparent. However, last minute cancellations (under 7 days before the trek) are not accepted. You can postpone the trip and the cost can be same if it is in the same year. If you postpone the trip instead of cancellation, then the company remains loyal and offers you the same package in same rate.
